Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains how Nexasity AI handles information when you browse this website, contact us or book a call. It covers this studio website. Individual products and client websites may have their own privacy policies.
1. Who to contact
Nexasity AI is the software and AI studio founded by Daud Ibrahim Hassan. For questions about information shared with the studio, contact daudibrahimhasan@gmail.com.
2. Information you share
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you send. You may choose to include your name, organization, project requirements, budget or timeline. We use this information to respond, discuss the work and manage the resulting relationship.
If an enquiry form is used, it prepares an email draft in your email application. Preparing the draft does not send it to Nexasity. You decide whether to send it. The copy option writes the enquiry text to your device’s clipboard only when you select it.
Please avoid sending passwords, access tokens or sensitive personal information in enquiry messages or booking notes.
3. Booking a call
Our booking link opens Cal.com. You may be asked for your name, email address, meeting time and answers to booking questions. Nexasity uses the booking details to arrange and respond to the meeting.
Cal.com processes booking information under its own terms and privacy policy. Calendar or meeting services used for a booking may also receive the details needed to organize that meeting. This website links to Cal.com rather than loading an embedded booking widget.
4. Cookies, browser storage and technical requests
The current site does not load advertising pixels or analytics services. Interface code may use browser storage for navigation or transition behavior; enquiry details are not saved to browser storage by the custom enquiry form.
The published website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. When your browser requests pages or assets, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URLs and browser information to deliver the site, operate its network and protect against abuse. Processing and retention depend on the Cloudflare services and settings in use. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information. We do not claim a fixed retention period for provider logs.
5. External websites and service providers
Links to client websites, GitHub, LinkedIn and Cal.com take you to separate services. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. Email providers process messages sent through their services. Opening an external link may share ordinary request information with that website.
Information you provide may be processed by the email, scheduling and meeting services needed to handle your enquiry or appointment. These services may process information in different countries. Nexasity does not use this website to sell enquiry information or send it to advertising platforms.
6. Keeping information
Enquiry and booking information is kept as needed to respond, arrange meetings and manage agreed work. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal obligations. Retention also depends on the services holding the records. You can contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry or to request deletion.
7. Privacy requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have shared with Nexasity. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Send requests to daudibrahimhasan@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Requests are handled according to applicable requirements and any lawful recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
8. Security and changes
No website or email service can guarantee complete security. Keep confidential credentials out of booking notes and initial enquiries. If the website’s tools or data practices change, this policy should be updated to reflect those changes. The date above identifies the current version.
